European Center of Education and Culture

Here we go: Construction work on the European Center of Education and Culture MEETINGPOINT MUSIC MESSIAEN started. With sunshine and temperatures above zero degrees, work is progressing well. By the end of the year it would be ready. The money comes from the European Union Objective 3 program. The Construction is managed by our lead partner, the Foundation “Center for Enterprise Promotion”.
